As of 1 June 2020 we will be resuming our Carpet cleaning and Upholstery cleaning services.
Following advice from the Government and the NCCA – which is the only UK trade association for the Carpet and Upholstery cleaning industry, we will be working to new safety guidelines to protect our customers and ourselves.
We will be applying a Safe Distance policy, the wearing of appropriate PPE – Personal Protective Equipment, and the sanitizing of our equipment at the end of every job, to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
There are other guidelines we would like you to be aware of during the cleaning process, these will be discussed when we attend to carry out a pre- clean survey.
We will NOT visiting or working in properties where there is/has been isolation due to COVID 19, or where there are/has been signs/symptoms of Covid 19.
We will visit once there has been a CLEAR 14 day symptom free period.
These are unusual times, and we are working in unusual circumstances, we need to protect each other, and the environment in which we live and work.
