New Equipment
After much research and thought, we at Carpet Bright decided that it was time for us to invest in a carpet cleaning system that would be beneficial to both Us as a business, and YOU the customer.
With that in mind, we opted to invest in the Texatherm system.
A visit was arranged for us at Texatherm, where we could learn and see how the system works. At the end of the day, we left knowing more about their system and the Texatherm process of carpet cleaning.
The Future of Carpet Cleaning – One Machine – Two Methods of Cleaning
The Texatherm system offers two methods in which carpets can be cleaned.
- Hot Water Extraction – HWE – this process of cleaning carpets is a more common practice of improving the appearance of carpets. A pre-spray is applied to the surface and then brushed into the carpet and left to dwell and break down the soil embedded in the fibers. Hot water is then used to rinse out the released soil and cleaning solution and at the same time, vacuumed into the recovery tank of the machine.
- Texatherm Process – this process works by applying an Advanced cleaning solution to the carpet, this ‘wets out’ and starts to break down the soil in the carpet fibers. A pre-heated Thermal pad that has been immersed in a Reactive Neutraliser is then used to go over the pre-sprayed area to absorb the released soil. It is an exothermic reaction between the Advanced cleaner – pre-spray – and the Reactive Neutraliser which makes this method of cleaning unique.
The Benefits
The Texatherm process is ideal for maintaining the appearance of carpets in: offices, surgeries/medical centres, schools, and restaurants; the reason being, that this method of cleaning is a LOW MOISTURE system.
For the Customer – this means Faster dry times – can be as little as 30 minutes, low noise levels, cleans and disinfects carpets and is environmentally friendly.
For us – is a more cost-effective way in which to operate, increased productivity – being able to clean larger areas in less time.
30 Minute Dry Time
Using the Texatherm process to clean your carpets, can reduce the drying time to approx 30 MINUTES. This can be dependent on the level of soiling, climate temperature, and carpet type i.e. wool/synthetic.
As some offices, medical centres, schools are currently closed, NOW is an ideal opportunity to have your carpets cleaned.
